Dalton Boggs & Associates is seeking candidates for VP of Production for a public exploration and production company based in Fort Worth, Texas. The company's core operating area is in the Permian Basin in West Texas, where they have a deep inventory of drilling locations targeting multiple zones and providing for successive years of production and reserve growth. The company applies advanced technologies, including pad drilling, horizontal drilling and hydraulic fracturing.
Qualifications include a Bachelors degree in engineering, 20+ years of applicable experience preferably in shale or tight sand plays, ability to lead, support, and work within a team environment, strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and Permian Basin experience. Budget preparation and management, AFE and economic preparation, and strong horizontal well experience. Strong computer skills.
