Position Summary:
CMG is seeking a Reservoir Simulation Scientist (Engineer) specialized in black-oil simulation methods for reservoir simulation to join our Research & Development team. In this position, you will be responsible for the development, testing and applications of techniques for black-oil simulation that are used by the oil and gas industry.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
- Experience in black-oil reservoir simulation
- Experience with reservoir simulation applications
- Experience with pseudo-miscible and volatile oil methods in black-oil simulation
- Experience in FORTRAN and Visual Basic large application development
- Experience with well controls
- Excellent communication skills with strong team focus
Education:
A Bachelor or Masters degree in Engineering or a related discipline with experience in black-oil simulator development and applications is required.
Experience:
Minimum of 3 years’ related experience is required.
Compensation
