Dalton Boggs & Associates is seeking Production Engineer candidates for a Fort Worth, Texas based independent oil and gas exploration and production company with assets in the Permian Basin.

Responsibilities include monitoring well production, evaluating wells for workovers and recompletions, and optimizing artificial lift methods.  Coordinate field operations, design and coordinate all phases of recompletion and workover operations, and monitor well performance and lease operation expenses.

Qualifications include BS degree in Petroleum Engineering or related discipline, 10 years of experience in production and completion operations, and strong computer skills.  West Texas experience is required.
