Our client is an international engineering consultancy who specialises in offshore projects with the supply of industrial equipment, equipment maintenance and engineering expertise.
Due to an expansion of a project work scope they have an immediate requirement for a Degree qualified Electrical Engineer with an operational and or maintenance background in the Oil & Gas Industry to join their team on a FPSO brownfield project, within their Perth office.
Job Description
Reporting to the Electrical Engineering Lead you will be responsible for the planning and prioritising of maintenance on critical electrical equipment and the collating and management of this data.
Skills & Experience
- Hold a degree in Electrical Engineering
- Have worked on an operating oil & gas facility either off or on shore.
- Be able to demonstrate an understanding of maintenance priorities in an operational environment.
- Considerable post graduate experience.
- Have a strong knowledge of Electrical Hazardous Areas.
An initial 2 month contract is on offer, this includes working through the Christmas break except for Public Holidays, but there is the possibility of a contract extension.
Due to the need for an immediate start, candidates should be local to the Perth area.

This is a contract position.
The rate for this position is negotiable.
